This manuscript is a version of an article that was already completed in 1945, proposed by Breton for intended publication on 11 June 1946 by M. C. Dunham. The typescript was filed in the dossier of ‘Letters received upon return to France’ by André Breton. [Atelier André Breton website, 2020.]
