Standing figure holding an engraved and perforated shield and wearing a conical hat. The eyes are made of two blue glass beads, the nose is large and pointed, the rectangular mouth is open and shows the teeth, the schematized body stands on legs firmly planted far apart, and the feet curve strangely upward.
There is an old, handwritten label under the base.
