    Typescripts (two versions) of a preface for the 1964 Livre de Poche edition of Nadja.

    Texts in the literal sense and drafts: we have here two versions of a small text intended for the paperback reissue of Nadja. In 1964, Breton returned to a text that was more than thirty-five years old, and himself wrote a short biography, selecting the titles that seemed most important to him - those that mattered, perhaps not to him, but to new readers unknown to him.
